4. Retention/Use Period of Personal Information

For this service, the Personal Information of its customers will be retained and used only during the service period, and will destroy such Personal Information upon the member’s withdrawal from membership in order to prevent access to or use of such Personal Information thereafter; provided, however, that such Personal Information will be retained and kept in accordance with applicable laws and regulations if it is necessary to do so thereunder.
In the event that it is necessary to retain Personal Information for a specific period in order to check the rights and obligations regarding the transaction in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Personal Information may be retained for such specific period; provided that access to and use of the Personal Information will be limited to the applicable reason, and that the purpose, period and item of retention shall be specified in advance.

6. Obligation to Notify

This Privacy Policy was enacted on August 31, 2011, and any addition, deletion and revision of the Privacy Policy in accordance with change of government policy or security technology will be announced in the ‘Public Announcement’ section of the Site at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date thereof.
